5 Surefire Ways to Maximize Your IT Training
What are the best things to look for when you’re shopping for IT training? This article gives you five surefire ways you can tell if your IT training will be the best it can be - before you spend any money!
- Try Before You Buy. Request free samples of the training if possible, so you know what you’re buying before you get it. Make sure that the content you’re getting will give you the training you need.
- Check the Content. Most training only focuses on exam knowledge. This type of training won’t help much on the job because it doesn’t teach you how to apply your certification in the real world. Also, be wary of training that’s nothing more than a thinly-disguised electronic copy of a book. This training is a high-cost alternative that doesn’t give you more than you would get by reading the book yourself.
The best training will give you complete certification knowledge, then show you how to apply that knowledge on the job to do your work successfully.
- Research the Company. Look for customer comments on the training company’s website, brochures, etc. Also, do a Google search to see what customers have to say when they’re not being featured in promotional material.
- Look for Engaging Training. Compare the free samples you’ve found: which are engaging and easy to learn from? Because training can be a long process, you want an instructor that holds your attention, gives a great learning experience, and delivers tons of content without sounding like they’re reading from a textbook.
- Find Training That Works For You. There are many types of training out there, such as books, classes, sample tests and videos. Books are usually the cheapest option, but they can be hard to follow and many people find themselves easily distracted when studying with them. Because classes are instructor-led, they can be engaging and easy-to-follow, but they can be very expensive and inconvenient. Sample tests often only determine if you know the material or not, and are better used to test the knowledge you have than for actually learning.
Training videos are a great option for many people because they are instructor-led and easy to follow. They are a cost-effective alternative to classes, plus they’re very convenient, allowing you to train on your own time and to keep the content so that you can use it as an ongoing reference.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, who miraculously survived the Russian gulags, gave a commencement speech at Harvard University in 1978 that rankled the press but was probably one of the most astute modern statements on the state of the affairs of our nation ever voiced by a non-American:
“How many hasty, immature, superficial, and misleading judgments are expressed every day, confusing readers, without any verification? The press can both stimulate public opinion and miseducate it. Thus we may see terrorists turned into heroes, or secret matters pertaining to one’s nation’s defense publicly revealed, or we may witness shameless intrusion on the privacy of well-known people under the slogan: “Everyone is entitled to know everything.” But this is a false slogan, characteristic of a false era: people also have a right not to know, and it a much more valuable one. The right not to have their divine souls stuffed with gossip, nonsense, vain talk. A person who works and leads a meaningful life does not need the successive burdening flow of information.
“Hastiness and superficiality are the psychic diseases of the twentieth century, and more than anywhere else this disease is reflected in the press. In-depth analysis of a problem is anathema to the press. It stops at sensational formulas…
“After suffering decades of violence and depression, the human soul longs for higher things, warmer and purer than those offered by today’s mass living habits, exemplified by the revolting invasion of privacy, by TV stupor, and by intolerable music….”
The press’ response follows:
“We find that primarily he is the champion not of freedom but of spiritual well-being. The two causes are by no means the same…” The New Yorker, 8/21/1978 issue.
Olga Carlisle, Newsweek, 7/24/78: “[Solzhenitsyn’s] convictions are deeply rooted in the Russian spirit, which is untempered by the civilizing influences of a democratic tradition.”
Henry Fairlie, The New Republic, 7/29/78: “…There is nothing for the West to learn from it.”
Reader, think about this! Then pray for our nation and our leaders.

Cash Back Credit Cards - Something for You?
Ever heard about cash back credit cards? Getting a credit card that offers cash back always sounds like a good idea. What could be better than getting cash back on all the purchases that you make with your credit card? It sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? Well, there are credit card companies that issue cards that give you free cash, but it is usually only around 1% cash back. However, free money is free money, right? Well, sometimes.
If you are among people that like to buy a lot of things in one month, this kind of credit card probably sounds great to you. However, you need to keep in mind that they are not going to give you cash back on every purchase that you make. Even if they claim to give you cash back on every purchase, they will only give you up to a certain amount per transaction. The company also has a strict limit on the amount that they will give back to their customers. If you read the little, bitty print on the form that you signed, you will see a paragraph with their limits in the terms and agreements. This is another way to try to draw in new customers for these companies. It is a good credit card to have and sounds great in theory, but they will have to check your credit rating before they will give you their card.
You should research different companies to see what they are offering. You may be surprised to find a cash back credit card that offers you just what you need and want with a high cash back percentage, few limits on the amount they will give you back, and instant cash deposits when you make each purchase with their card. Although these credit cards seem like a great thing to have, some companies will need your credit rating to be great too. However, there are credit card companies that offer these cards to people with a low credit rating to help them rebuild their credit. Research all of your options.
What should your decision be? If you have a good credit rating, then this card is a great option for you. I recommend that you research different card companies – there are cards out there that offer you up to 3% cash back and impose very few limits. If, however, you have a bad credit rating, you may want to find a credit card that will help you rebuild your credit.

California Financial Privacy Law Partially Invalidated
The 9th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals has dealt a blow to privacy advocates by invalidating a California privacy law. In litigation brought by the American Bankers Association and others, the appellate court overruled the finding of a trial judge that the California law could stand. Instead, the appellate justices found the law to be pre-empted in part by the federal 2003 Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act.
When a state law conflicts with a federal one, the federal law takes precedent. For instance, the Supreme Court has ruled abortion to be constitutionally protected. No state may pass anti-abortion laws and have them enforced.
The question at issue in the California law was a section giving California residents the right to block financial institutions from selling their private information to third parties.
A San Francisco trial judge, Morrison C. England, Jr., had ruled the section conflicted with provisions of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, but was not pre-empted because the federal law allowed for stricter state laws. The 9th Circuit court disagreed.
The case will be returned to Judge Morrison in the next 60 days. He will then determine whether any other provisions dealing with the sale of personal financial information are still enforceable. Given the appellate ruling, it is difficult to imagine a ruling upholding this section of the California law.
Notwithstanding these developments, approximately seventy percent of the California privacy law is still enforceable. Financial institution still must get permission from customers prior to selling or sharing your information with third parties.
You should be concerned about financial institutions selling your private information to others. With all the incidents of identity theft in the news, chances are you will eventually become a target. Banks should be focusing on protecting their customers, not making a buck off private information.

You need peace and your home needs renovation, you are looking for it for so long. The extra room that you want would leave you nothing as savings. So, what can be done now? You can get yourself a home improvement loan.
A home improvement loan will help you to keep a control on your savings and more over you can use the money to carry out whatever home refurnishing you wish to:

How home improvement loans work?
You need to decide whether the home improvement loan you are going in for is a secured one or an unsecured one. Availing secured loans is your safest bet, if you want to avail CHEAP HOME IMPROVEMENT LOANS. The key to this type of loan is “equity”, which is an indication of how much value your house holds in the market. The larger equity you have, the more a bank or other lender will be able to lend to you.
Equity versus need
One of the quick-fix ways to drive down the interest rates and harbor a cheap home improvement loan is to have more equity available than the amount that you’re asking for. In such cases the equity in your house serves as collateral for the loan. This provides the lender with security that his income is secured in form of your home and the lender will give you these loans at much lower rates of interest.
Shop around
Don’t be in a hurry and do not accept the first offer that you get for a cheap home improvement loan. Take the time to shop around and choose from at least 2 or 3 offers, comparing the interest rates and loan terms of each offer and then get best deal. The Internet offers an expedient way to compare different home improvement loan options. It helps you search for loan quotes offered by various lenders that can help you decide on which loan to take.

3 Steps To Getting Hundreds Of Backlinks To Your Website
Absolutely FREE
Link Popularity as you know plays a BIG part in your websites
ranking within the Search Engines.
So, the basic breakdown is, the more links pointing to your
website, the higher up the search engines will rank your website.
More importantly though is getting those High PR websites
linking back to yours.
The question at hand is… “How can I get those High PR links
without having to buy High PR links and/or spend countless hours
surfing the web for link partners with the possible potential of
being denied?”
And as webmasters, we can not afford to waste time, especially
if your starting out on a part time basis.
We must utilize every minute we can to getting the most out of
our efforts.
So with that being said, I’m going to reveal to you the ‘Back
Door’ strategy I use for getting those High PR links to your
website Absolutely FREE and have them begging you to come back.
And the cool thing is this can be done following these 3 steps
I’m about to mention so pay attention because if you do just
this, you will not only get hundreds of backlinks to your
website, you’ll also get hundreds, if not thousands of Targeted
visitors to your website at the same time…
…all for FREE!
Are you ready?
Good, because I am.
Step #1. First you must write an Article.
The first step is to write an related article about your Product
or Service that draws the reader in and gets them to click
through to your website once they finish reading it to find out
more about you and your Product or Service.
Now, your probably wondering why you have to write an article.
Well, it’s real simple actually because what do you get to put
at the end of your article?
Your ‘Resource Box’ with your website information and most
important of all… your URL pointing back to your website.
So when someone chooses to publish your article in their
newsletter or on their website, blog or article directory, they
MUST add your ‘Resource Box’ with your website information and
URL.
I know some of you are saying… “I don’t know how to write an
article” … well, your not alone.
Here are a few resources I’ve put together for you so you can
get the basic idea of How-To structure your articles with ease
or get someone else to write them for you.
The first is an article I wrote called… THE 7 Step Formula For
Writing POWERFUL Articles In Less Than An Hour.
It will show you How-To structure your articles for easy
writing. http://www.internetwondersezine.com/article_ 11.html
The second resource is Elance.com - http://www.elance.com -
which is basically a place where you can go and submit a project
by category and freelance writers, etc. will then bid on your
project. You pick the winner and you set the budget.
This will get you started in the right direction.
Remember, your article is the Nuts and Bolts of this ‘Back
Linking’ strategy, so make sure you put some effort into it to
get it as much exposure as possible.
Step #2. Submit your article to Article Directories.
This is the next step and an important one at that because this
is where your article or articles are going to get picked up by
website owners and/or ezine publishers who are in constant need
of fresh, quality information to feed their audiences hunger for
information.
There are literally hundreds of Article Directories out there
and thousands of ezine publishers looking for quality content on
a daily basis. And if they choose your article for publication,
they must include your ‘Resource Box’ with your websites
information and URL.
It’s all about the numbers. The more Article Directories and
websites you submit your articles to, the more potential
Backlinks you’ll get to your website.
And since Article Directories have recently adopted RSS (Real
Simple Syndication) technology into the mix your articles will
even get More mileage without you lifting a finger, creating
even more Backlinks to your website.
More on RSS in a minute.
Are you starting to see the Power behind writing your own
articles.
I hope so.
Step #3. Create your own RSS Feed for your articles.
This last step is a very Powerful step as well.
What you need to do is set up your own RSS Feed for your
articles.
Now, if you don’t know what RSS is here’s the basic definition…
RSS is by definition - an acronym for ‘Real Simple Syndication’
or ‘Rich Site Summary’, and the .XML extension is the format
used for distributing your news headlines via the Web, which is
known as ‘Syndication.
‘Syndication’ is where the TRUE power of RSS is unleashed,
getting your message or information across the web in an INSTANT
to websites, subscribers and/or readers who subscribed to your
RSS Feed.
The easiest way for you to do this is to set up your own Blog
either through…
Wordpress.org - http://www.wordpress.org
Or through…
Blogger.com - http://www.blogger.com
Wordpress is a little more advanced so I recommend if you don’t
have alot of experience with Blogs or installing scripts that
you go set up a Blogger blog which will only take you less than
5 minutes to do.
I’m just giving you some options, that’s all.
Once you’ve set up your Blog the only thing left for you to do
is add you articles.
TIP: Make sure you hyperlink your URL and use Anchor Text with
your most targeted keywords. By doing this the Search Engine
spiders will rank your website higher under that keyword term
you specify in your Anchor Text.
After you’ve added your articles all you have to do now is
submit your new RSS Feed to RSS Directories and RSS Search
Engines.
Here’s a few resources for you to get started with.
Ping-O-Matic - http://pingomatic.com
RSS Top 55 - http://www.masternewmedia.org/rss/top55
That’s it.
Now I know I dumped alot of information on you within this
article so just take it Step-By-Step because once you implement
it properly it will benefit you for years to come with Backlinks
to your website and FREE targeted traffic via the Search
Engines, Website Owners and eZine Publishers.

Blast Your Copywriting And Marketing Skills Through The Roof - Simply By Turning On Your Stereo
If you’d like to know how listening to your stereo can dramatically improve the power of all your copywriting and marketing promotions, then listen to this.
One of the best ways to give yourself an instant “edge” when writing copy — as well as eliminate the anxiety of a blank page or find the answer to a problem you’re stuck on — is to simply turn on your stereo and pop a classical music CD into your CD player.
It’s true.
In fact, geniuses and “movers and shakers” in all kinds of industries and professions — like Albert Einstein and Thomas Jefferson, for example — were huge fans of classical musicians — like Mozart and Bach.
No doubt one of the reasons why is because classical music does so many amazing things to our minds and bodies.
It helps you concentrate and think more clearly. It soothes your anxieties and boosts IQ levels (sometimes by as much 9%). And studies have shown it even enhances imagination and problem solving abilities.
All of which means if you write copy — especially if you struggle with it — you can do a lot worse than listen to classical music while you’re slugging it out with your promotion.
Try it the next time you have to write copy. Pop in a good classical CD (I have heard the baroque period is ideal) and see what happens.
It could make the entire process of writing copy a LOT easier for you, and possibly even make your promotions more profitable.

Vitamin For Thicker Hair
Thick hair indicates healthy hair. It is also a good indicator of the general well being of the whole person. Hair may lose its thickness due to several conditions like hair loss, splitting, brittleness, etc. All these conditions indicate unhealthy hair which is not just unpleasant to look at but also detrimental to a person’s health in the long run.
Thickness of the hair is determined by many factors: genetic, general health condition, external environment, stress levels and emotional balance of the person and so on. While there are several reasons for hair loss, thickness of the hair is very difficult to restore even by correcting these factors. Hence it is very important to maintain the health of the hair throughout.
Just like the rest of the body, hair’s health is also determined by the kind of food we take. The body takes the required nutrients from the food we consume hence it is very important that we take a diet that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and proteins. Vitamins help the body in effective metabolism to break the fats and carbohydrates into energy and to supply this energy to the whole body. When the body does not receive the essential nutrients, or when it fails to absorb the nutrients from the food, the effect is first shown on the skin, hair and fingernails.
The necessary vitamins that aid in promoting thick hair are: vitamin A (produces healthy sebum in the scalp), vitamin C (antioxidant), vitamin E (improves scalp circulation), Biotin (produces Keratin), Inositol (keeps hair follicles healthy), Niacin (promotes scalp circulation) and pantothenic acid, Para-Aminobenzoic Acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 that prevent graying and hair loss. There are several products in the market today in the form of shampoos, oils, conditioners, sprays and other applicants that can be put on externally for improving the health of the hair. These products contain necessary vitamins, protein and mineral supplements that are believed to enter the skin on the scalp and provide proper nourishment to the hair. Apart from these, hair vitamin supplements are also available in tablet/capsule form for internal ingestion. There are numerous companies that are developing hair vitamin products from herbal and traditional ingredients like ginseng, jojoba, green tea, He Shou Wu etc, which are believed to contain the essential vitamins for promoting healthy hair. The most common food-based sources of these vitamins are: citrus fruits, green vegetables, fruits like pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, potatoes, green peppers, vegetable oils, soybean, raw seeds, dried beans, wheat germ oil, brewer’s yeast, whole grains, eggs, liver, rice, milk, fish, turkey, chicken and red meat. Today, almost all hair care products advertise the presence of a necessary vitamin in their products that would make the hair thicker.
There are several websites that provide information about hair vitamin products. There are also exclusive stores that specialize in hair vitamin products. However, it is better to consult a physician before using these products to understand the exact condition of the hair so that the right products can be used.
Hair Vitamins provides detailed information about hair vitamins, hair and nail vitamins, hair growth vitamins and more. Hair Vitamins is affiliated with Baldness Solutions.

Diamond engagement rings, passion and intrigue are inseparable. Why else would a reasonable man give his lover a $5,000, 10,000 or $25,000 diamond engagement ring? The answer is simple - Men give diamond engagement rings to women that awaken their PASSION. Not only are men and women passionate about diamonds, the diamonds themselves have been known to awaken a romantic passion since ancient times.
Diamond Engagement Rings – Cullinan Diamond

How To Find Tons of Hot Items Selling On EBay …In Less Than 10 Minutes
There are many ways to start a home business online, and few
are easier than eBay - the world’s largest online auction
site. However, there is one critical condition - you have to
know what to sell and how to sell it. That is exactly what
David Guindon’s software program Hot Item Finder claims to
do.
After purchasing the software, I had huge hopes of it
delivering on it’s promise of finding hot items on eBay.
Though there were times when certain features would not
work, I found Dave to be quick to not only fix the problem
but also offer a new updated release for everyone. In fact
free updates for life is one of the major benefits to Hot
Item Finder.
You may not have heard of David Guindon. Currently working
on a master’s degree in electrical engineering, he developed
Hot Item Finder to aid his own eBay research. Since then
he’s gone on to earn a reputation for quality and
creativity.
Hot Item Finder makes doing research on eBay a snap by
allowing you to search for products by keyword or category
and then filter the search based on the number of bids, the
current price, and more. But what I especially like is the
category search by completed listings. I can pick a
category, tell the software that I want auctions already
completed with 20 or more bids and voila! I have a hot list
of products I know are selling as well as links to the
completed auctions so I can see what makes them sell so
well.
Dave promises on his website that you can “find all the hot
items on eBay in minutes.” Well, it may take just a little
longer than “minutes” but I created lists of products
amazingly fast.
I will say, it took me a few tries to get the hang of the
software, but after playing around with it I was moving
around like a pro. I have no doubt that anyone, regardless
of experience, can use Hot Item Finder to it’s fullest
potential and find out exactly what to sell and what to
steer clear of.
I think the filtering feature is what really makes Hot Item
Finder powerful. Frankly, you can find all the same
information on eBay, but that can be very tedious and
labor-intensive. Simply being able to filter out items based
on bids and selling price is a huge time-saver. This
software tells you what’s selling, for how much and what
people are willing to bid. It’s fantastic marketing
intelligence. I used it to auction 18 items. All 18 sold
with double-digit bids and closed within 5% of my target
price range. I was hooked.
One improvement I think that can be made, however, is
somehow listing the starting bid along with the closing bid.
This way, as a seller you can quickly see how effective some
listing strategies are over others. But who’s being picky?
Finding the right products to sell on eBay is obviously
critical to success. Sifting through thousands of auctions
at eBay to find a few winners can be overwhelming and
possibly discouraging. Hot Item Finder makes the job the
proverbial “piece of cake” - and does it with style. You can
check it out by going to http://www.hotitemsnow.com.
Overall, I have to say that Hot Item Finder is an absolute
MUST GET.
Hopefully one day, Dave will figure out a way to make Hot
Item Finder even more explosive by somehow including other
auction sites such as Yahoo Auctions and Amazon Auctions.
Until then, Hot Item Finder more than fits the bill.
