Liquid Vitamins And Minerals, Are They Better? The standard method of getting vitamins and minerals is through the food and drink that we ingest. For the past 20 years or so we have become conditioned to taking vitamins in pills or capsules to add the vitamins and minerals missing from our diet. One of the latest methods of taking supplements is in their liquid form, causing the question: which is better? Liquid, Capsule or Pill forms of Vitamin intake?

Liquid vitamins are without a doubt easier to absorb into our bodies than vitamin pills or tablets, but they have had a reputation as bad-tasting compared to flavoured pills. Newer good-tasting liquid supplements have dispelled that issue.  There have been many instances of kids choking on large tablets. As well, many adults with digestive or physical problems have issues with pills and tablets, but they are fine with liquid vitamins.

It’s also 3 to 5 times more saturated than vitamin pills, tablets and capsules and this causes higher bio-activity and additional health gains.

The fact of the matter is that the opposite of that theory is the truth. Our intestinal system is able to assimilate liquid variations of vitamins much quicker than pills, and if taken on an empty stomach, enters our bloodstream before it passes through our bodies as waste. There are countless stories of sewage plant workers finding countless vitamin pills in their filters that have simply passed through our bodies, unable to be digested.

A vitamin tablet, capsule or lozenge has to be completely digested before it can enter the bloodstream and do any good for us. It needs to be broken up into absorb able nutrients or upwards of 70% of it won’t be ingested into the bloodstream. Liquefied supplementations are easier and gentler and produce better absorption into our digestive system. Because it doesn’t require breaking down a physical entity such as a pill, up to 90% of it can be ingested and absorbed straight away by our system. It’s crucial to understand that digestion does not occur to break down vitamins and minerals but more to turn them into organic matter that enters our bloodstream much more easily.

Other questions posed as a negative are the quantity of colloidal minerals detected in liquid vitamins. Are they disadvantageous or not? Truly, even plants and fruits carry a trace of these minerals in them. Apples, for example, have 3-5 mg of aluminium as it is one of the most prevalent chemical element* that can be found on the Planet. That said, do you see anybody telling you that apples are unsafe to your wellness? To the contrary, what we’re usually told is that an apple a day keeps the doctor away.
