I have been training ready for my active service next month and I just wanted to let you all know my thoughts on the new rc (remote controlled) devices we at the army are starting to use. The items vary from complicated electric radio controlled gadetry to more simple things such as small rc cars with cameras attached. Both are wiked fun to use and save lives day in day out - imagine sending a little rc car into a building before going in - even if it gets blown to hell you still have a much better look at the inside than through a window.

Hi, I decided to try and do a little something different. I’m going to try and post some helpful health tips for women to help maintain their health and vitality. But, I am going to try and do it as a series. Why? Just because I know people hate to read long posts. Trying to remain fit and healthy begins with a balanced diet. You should, of course, be aware of and monitor the correct weight for your age. Consult with your doctor to learn what foods you ought to avoid and follow your eating discipline routines. If you are attempting to shed some pounds, then it goes without saying that those favorite foods that are high in calories must go, no matter how convenient. Be sure to include foods with high fiber and low fat. If it has been a while since you have eaten cereal in the morning because it is kids’ food, then be a kid again and eat cereal. Of course, not the high sugar variety, but a good quality whole grain cereal. I prefer the organic cereals myself.

If you are on the go all the time, then look into some nutritional supplements. There are many fine meal replacement supplements on the market. They are a convenient way to get the proteins, calories, vitamins and minerals you need. Are they as good as whole foods? Probably not. But, in my opinion, it beats stopping at the junk food drive thru and order a double sized whatever.
